What Others Think Of You Has Nothing To Do With You
How much of what others have said to you over the years has shaped your identity and beliefs about yourself? Probably more than you know. In my field, I spend so much time helping people realize their worth and “un-doing” all the sucky bullsh*t they’ve believed for so long. Things that make them feel like they’re not good enough, like they don’t deserve love, like they’ll never be financially stable, like what they have to say will never matter. This seriously ignites some sort of uncontrollable blaze within me {which is probably why I do what I do, right?} So listen up…if you’ve fallen into this thinking before or if it’s your norm, PLEASE make a promise to yourself that you’ll get passed
it – because YOU WILL – you just have to decide to.
Appreciate how special you are. Let all that nonsense go and be the person you want to be.

Accepting yourself and your situation in life can be tough, I know. Do you tend to be more accepting of others’ mistakes than your own? If you do, you’re being too hard on yourself! Those people aren’t any better than you are! You were created with a unique set of talents that no one else has. Polish up on your self lovin’ skills and focus on your positive qualities…no matter what anyone says about you!
Here are some quick techniques to boost yourself forward:
> Focus on your positive qualities.
> Consciously prevent negative thinking patterns.
> Accept your imperfections – you’re human!
> Use positive self-talk.
> Make healthy choices.
> Disregard what other people might think about you.
> Make healthy decisions according to your priorities.
> Avoid worrying.
> Try your best and accept that you’ve done what you could.
> Celebrate your successes.
Negative thinking can really snowball fast if you don’t get ahead of it. Once you realize that you are in control, you can begin to make changes to live a happier, more fulfilling life. Don’t overthink it. Decide to make a change and do what makes you happy. Focus on the people that matter the most – the ones who love you unconditionally and always have your back. Appreciate them looking out for you, but remember their thoughts about you don’t define who you are. You make your life what it’s meant to be – Don’t settle for anything less. <3
