A Letter To The Woman Who Feels Lost [Featured in The Huffington Post]
Yes, that’s you. Is that so hard to believe? You walk around with a smile on your face and confusion and strain in your heart. I see you. I know you. I admire you.
Everyday seems like a new day of overwhelm covering up your inner strength like a mask of rebellion. You have so much to give, a message to share, a life to touch and a beautiful life to live, but as those thoughts mull across your mind – you pause. You can’t help but question the inner strength that lies deep within you. Is it really there? How on Earth do you bring it to the surface?
Know this: You are not alone. You are not what others think of you. You are not lost.
You are here to share your strengths with others and to make an impact wherever you go. Live your life with purpose and trust the process of growth and transformation as it emerges. Learn to appreciate the beauty of life and luxury. Do kind things for yourself and for others. Say what you feel. The seed of fear that was once planted within you no longer has strong roots. Those branches that have wrapped themselves around your dreams and wishes, keeping them from coming to light are vanishing. You are taking back control of your life and that deep rooted fear is dwindling. Let it happen.
Know this: You are loved. You are strong. You are worthy.
Unmask the overwhelm and doubt. You have every right to be the director of your own life and to create a life you love. You owe it to yourself. You deserve it. You can make it happen.
I promise you this: When you commit to your new path, you will never feel lost again.
I admire your strength.
